Matthew Steinbrueck
A businessman in Seattle WA for 20 years, Matthew is also a president of Rural Areas Kids Origination USA, a 501c3 non-profit. Since 2005 RAKO USA has been raising funds to support a school
for kids in Cambodia.
He’s been working with Cambodian and Belgium counterparts to help over 400 kids in the rural areas in Cambodia to get access to basic education and personal hygiene care.
Achievements include: building schools, kitchens, libraries, wells for the kids and their family in the rural areas of Siem Reap province, Cambodia. This work has been recognized by US Senator Maria Cantwell.
Recently, he met with the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Finance, and also the Minister of Education Youth and Sports of Cambodia to discuss their support for “National Tooth Brushing Kit Campaign” for the kids in the rural areas of Cambodia.
The Government of Cambodia has endorsed this project and will collaborate with USCBDG to implement this project through out the country.

Dara Duong
Founder of the Cambodian Cultural Museum and Killing Fields Memorial in Seattle, WA. Dara Duong has been working in the non profit sector for over 25 years mostly with vulnerable children organizations. He is recognized as an advocate for the needy among private and non profit sectors within Cambodia, and the US.
Dara is Cambodian and a Genocide survivor and understands the culture, and the language.
Dara also maintains current good relations with the Cambodian business groups and has contacts within the Government of Cambodia.
Dara has been commended for his community service work by the City of Seattle and by the Asian
Community . His background includes Cambodian-American Chamber of Commerce, import and export for Cambodia and Europe.

Chip Tan - Project Manager in Cambodia
Experienced in business, and having over 30 years background in social services in the US.
Chip is a Genocide Survivor he was 28 at that time, later coming to the US.
He has numerous contacts and friends in the Cambodian Government and an extensive network of business contacts through out the country.
Chip is now "on location" working in Cambodia to arrange the implementation of “The Tooth Brushing Kit Project”.

Dr. Scott Lowry - Author of the book "Don't Rush the Brush"
Dr. Lowry grew up in Arvada Colorado. Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California in 1999. USC Certificate in Endodontics in 2001.
Dr. Lowry is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Weld County Dental Association.
